• Your platform and version (e.g. Shopware 6.6.x, Adobe Commerce 2.4.x) and PHP version
• A description of the problem and the steps to reproduce it
• Relevant log excerpts or error messages (with any sensitive data removed)
• Whether the issue also occurs with the extension disabled

Scope

Support covers installation, configuration, and defects of mdsoft.dev extensions. Customization requests and issues caused by third-party code are outside the standard support scope, but feel free to ask — we will tell you honestly what we can do.
